Strukton Railinfra will take a zero measurement of the track and catenary on the main part of the rail system in Denmark. The Danish infra manager, Banedanmark, has awarded Strukton Railinfra the contract to do so.

The UFM 120 inspection train of Eurailscout will measure 3200 km of the Danish track and catenary between December 5th and December 20th in twelve runs. Banedanmark and Strukton Railinfra Development & Technology will analyse the outcomes of the measurements. The status of the infrastructure will be presented to the management of Banedanmark at the beginning of February 2007.
