ProRail has recognized two operating companies of Strukton Groep as engineering offices. They received their certificate on 1 November 2005.

Strukton Railinfra Development & Technology has been recognized as an engineering company in the field of track constructions, as stated in the so-called E-C certificate. The ‘E’ refers to integrated and the ‘C’ refers to the track construction discipline. Strukton Railinfra is the first contractor with this recognition, which enables the company to tender for Design & Construct contracts. This is no longer possible for contractors without the recognition. They will have to engage a specialised company  for the Design & Construct part.

T&E Consult has been recognized as an E-D1/D2 and E-D3 engineering company. The E-D1/D2 refers to concrete structures and steel bridges; E-D3 refers to civil engineering and commercial & industrial building. T&E Consult can now independently tender for Design & Construct contracts together with Strukton Betonbouw, the infrastructure contractor of Strukton Groep.
