Strukton Rail’s German company Georg Reisse GmbH & Co KG is operating under the name of Strukton Rail GmbH & Co KG as of 1 January 2011. This name change strengthens the company’s visibility in the German market as part of Strukton Rail, full-service provider of rail systems in Europe.

Strukton Rail GmbH & Co KG is active in the complete field of railway construction and maintenance. The company was founded by Mr Georg Reisse in 1913 and expanded its activities throughout the years and invested in machines and technology. Georg Reisse remained a family business during three generations and was acquired by Strukton Rail in 2007. The company has offices in Kassel (main office) and Mainz-Kastel (subsidiary) and has around 100 employees.
