This privacy statement sets out which data is processed, what your data is used for and which rights you have.

Manner of collecting personal data

Strukton only collects information that can be traced back to individual persons if this data had been expressly and voluntary provided by the visitor. Strukton collects personal data by reading out an information or contact request, by processing job applications and by reading out particular actions or events. This information may consist of the name, address, company name, business address, current position, email address and telephone number of the visitor.

Purpose of the processing

We process personal data for various purposes, namely:

  • To contact you if this is necessary to be able to carry out our service provision
  • To inform you about changes in our services and products
  • The sending of our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet to customers

The data collected by us is required in the context of the purposes set out above. Your personal data is not shared with third parties unless there is a statutory obligation or justification, such as the entering into of a processor’s agreement. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data. Your email address is also not provided to third parties.

This site includes buttons to allow the promotion or sharing of pages on social networks. These buttons are realised by a code supplied by Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Your rights
