Define & Select

We help customers identify their relevant business objectives and translate them into specific targets for operational asset management. We help them select and develop a suitable asset management and maintenance strategy and specify the right KPIs and FMECAs.

Two examples of cases where we helped customers define their asset management objectives and select the most suitable approach are described below. Naturally, we published these examples only in consultation with our customers.

Regiotram Utrecht

Client: Regiotram Utrecht is a local transportation authority in the Netherlands.
Client question: Provide maintenance and develop asset management.
This case involved a change of infrastructure manager and an earlier maintenance strategy based on a heavy rail approach. The client wanted to utilise the potential for optimisation by shifting from a heavy rail approach to a more suitable light rail approach, coupled with introducing an effective asset management system.
Our solution: Based on PAS55/NEN ISO 55000

Performance leap of turnouts

Client: ProRail
Client question: Guarantee continuity in transportation by reducing total costs of ownership and doing so in close cooperation with all stakeholders and be innovative about it.
Our solution: Carry out our operational asset maintenance approach, PAS55Norm, NEN50126 and RAMS demands.
