Organise & Plan

We organise inspection and maintenance activities in an efficient logistical plan, ensuring safe working conditions, reducing costs and down time, and therefore increasing infrastructural availability.

Downtime is costly. Limiting downtime is critical in a densely populated area such as the Netherlands, which is characterised by high-frequency train runs. Safety is paramount each step of the way, but also needs to support production time. All the plans include safe conditions for everyone working on and living close to the track, while making efficient use of the available time. As a result, the entire organisation has a multi-disciplinary set up with multi-skilled personnel.

Effective asset management limits downtime to meeting essential asset needs while simultaneously preventing potential failures. Efficiency is key. Proper asset management during operations must be planned and organised optimally to achieve the envisaged results.

The plans and organisational set up must support:

  • Safety for everyone involved
  • The condition of the assets
  • Multi-disciplinary approach
  • Infrastructural availability
